  • Where is my order?
    Great, you've placed your order. A tracking reference will be sent to your contact details used during the check out process. Using this reference you can check and track the status of your order.
  • How much does delivery cost?
    Shipping costs are calculated automatically at the checkout page when both the destination and delivery service are selected.
  • When will my order be delivered?
    Our carriers deliver during normal business working hours, so we suggest your order is delivered to an address where someone will be available to accept it. If you're not in when your parcel arrives, the carrier will leave a message telling you how to pick up your order or rearrange delivery. Please be advised that on any public holiday dates, deliveries will not be made. In this instance, please expect your order to arrive the next business day.
  • Why hasn't my order arrived?
    We aim to meet our estimated delivery times, but during busy periods (including sale), deliveries may take a little longer. Occasionally, tech updates to our systems or force majeure events, such as extreme weather conditions, may affect these delivery services for a limited time, resulting in changes to our cut-off times and/or delivery times. However, we will always work hard to keep these temporary changes to a minimum. Jayone cannot be held liable for any parcels that are lost as a result of any specific delivery instructions left for the carrier.
  • How do I place an order?
    To add place new Order 1. Click on the product(s) you want and add to your cart. 2. When you are done shopping, proceed to checkout. 3. Select your preferred delivery method from the list. 4. As of the moment, payments locally are made by e-transfer to the account stated on the checkout page. 5. Your order is placed and ready to be shipped upon confirmation of payment. 6. Enjoy your new look!!
  • Can items be adjusted to better match my size?
    Yes. If the available size displayed is too big or small, we offer an option to make amendments to better suit your specific measurements. Note: This will be treated on a case-by-case basis, and is subject to availability of the stock fabric. This request would gladly be taken care of by our customer service team. Reach out using the numbers provided.
